Testimonials

"I love it. It is very intuitive. AccountScout thinks the way you do. The way you use it makes sense. It mimics huge expensive systems that the large papers use. It's brilliant!"

AccountScout Manages Your Customers
Home > AccountScout Main > Manage Customers

AccountScout provides the capability to manage commercial customer and private party receivables separately. Commercial customers purchase retail display ads, classified ads, circulars, and other miscellaneous products you sell. You can send a single integrated bill in the form of a statement or invoice at various intervals.

Private party clients usually purchase advertising less frequently in the form of classified advertising. Typically, with these clients, you require prepayment, although statements can be printed when needed.

By distinguishing between commercial and private party clients, AccountScout helps you focus your collection efforts on one or the other, without the need to sort through a report showing all advertisers.

Organize your customers to better serve their needs.

  • Use the Customer Quick List to locate customers and perform common tasks.
  • Reply quickly to customer questions regarding their account activity using history reports for any period.
  • Satisfy your customer's needs with custom display advertising contracts.
  • AccountScout simplifies order entry by selecting the customer's assigned sales representative as the default sales person for the order.
  • Use customer specific credit limits to reduce bad debt.
  • Assign customers to one or more Customer Types to print labels for targeted mailings and promotions.
  • Share customer information throughout the office using the private note area to document conversations and meetings.
