TimeScout Helps Keep Track of Employees

TimeScout makes it easy to add new employees to the database. TimeScout uses the Employee screen to help you manage your employees.

Enter contact information for each employee to keep up to date records and emergency contact phone numbers.
Assign employees to one or more "workgroups" for reporting by workgroups and to reduce the size of the employee list when checking in and out.
Simplify communication by sending a message to an employee that is displayed when they next punch the clock.
Know which employees are currently in the office by displaying a report listing all employees that are "punched in."
See who is late by displaying a report that shows all employees not currently "punched in."
